The AAC in bright summer sun

Plan your safe visit

We will be re-opening our doors on Monday 28 September 2020, in a limited capacity to ensure the safety of our users.

Our key offer from September will be to provide space for students studying at the University of Leicester to experience our building as part of their studies.

During this time, we will be trialling a digital approach to the wider public and a strict ‘by appointment only’ access policy in person, allowing us to control numbers and ensure cleanliness.

We are confident that the safety measures put in place will minimise risk of infection, whilst providing you with a standard of normality.

We ask that when you visit, you keep your distance from others and act on any guidance our team may give you.

All visitors will be required to wear face coverings in our building, apart from those who are exempt, and hand sanitiser will be available in key areas, along with increased cleaning regimes in toilets and other high use areas.

All visitors will be asked to provide a record of their visit to the centre through track and trace on our website.

Most importantly if you are feeling unwell, please stay at home.

We are pleased to have been awarded ‘we’re good to go’ status for our safety measures.
