Crochet for Beginners

Course Description:

This 6-week course will take you from a complete crochet beginner to having full confidence to use a pattern and start your own crochet creations at home.

In week one you will receive everything you will need to get you started including a ball of yarn, a crochet hook and a few other goodies, as well as new worksheets each week to enable you to practice at home between lessons. The sessions are broken down into different steps to allow you to move at your own pace, while still learning more and more each time. Ever wondered what a foundation chain was, how to complete edging, or even how to weave different ends together? Well this is your chance to learn all these skills and more, in a supportive and engaging environment.

Bonita, better known as the woman behind Beaky, is a Leicester-based crafter who promotes creative workshops and her own range of handmade crystal jewellery. Her passion for sustainability and wellbeing are central within all her work, informing her designs and approaches.
