Family Workshop: Beginners Crochet

Description
A 3-hour whistle-stop introduction to crochet!
Our craft tutor Bonita will show you some of the basic tools, techniques and project ideas, guaranteed to get you ‘hooked’ on crochet.
At the end you can take home your worksheets, hook and some yarn and keep practising – perfect for any rainy half-term days!
All materials provided, although you’re welcome to bring your own hooks and/or yarns too if you’d like to.
Recommended for ages 11+.
Children and young people aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One adult can attend free with up to 3 children in their care. Please book and pay for child places only and their grown up attends for free, no adult ticket required.
We aim to make all our sessions as accessible as possible and carers/PAs are very welcome – just remember to book their free place when you book your session. If you'd like to talk to us in advance of booking or attending your sessions to discuss your access needs, our Box Office team is here to help! Email arts-centre@le.ac.uk, pop in or call 0116 252 2455, open 7 days a week.
