Investigating Drawing

Course Description:

For the curious, the adventurous, the out of practice and those who simply want more drawing in their lives. Broaden your approach to drawing through experiment and sheer inventiveness! No particular experience necessary.

During this three-day workshop, you will discover layering techniques, riffing with colour as well as addition and reduction in drawing. Enjoy drawing as an expressive diversion in this immersive class.

Course Tutor:

Steph Knowles is a graduate in Fine Art who has worked with adults and community groups for over 20 years. Her practice is based around drawing but she also paints, uses digital media and makes sculptural forms and installations. She has exhibited in group and solo shows across the UK and has work in private collections both here and abroad. She is artist-in-reticence at Carthorse Orchestra
