Make a Piece of Silver Jewellery with 24ct Accents

Course Description:

In this two-week course you will be introduced to the basics of jewellery making, to learn how to embellish a piece with 24ct gold using the ancient Korean gilding technique called Keum Boo.

Week one will have you learning how to cut, texture and shape you piece with the expertise of tutor Linda Sandeman. In week two you will use the Keum Boo technique to add the gold, with forming and polishing to complete your beautiful handmade ring. A perfect course for beginners to learn within a supportive and friendly environment.
