Singing from Scratch
Description
Everybody has a singing voice – let us help you find yours!
This weekly 90-minute drop-in choir is for adults who are ready to take their singing beyond the shower or the car. Each week we will come together to learn a song in simple two or three part harmony.
No experience required, and definitely no pressure to be perfect! Come along and find out what a mood-enhancer collective singing can be as we cover music from a range of different repertoires.
Each of the 5 weeks will be a stand-alone session so you can book and pay week by week or book them all at one time (subject to availability), whichever suits you best.
Laura is a Leicester-based singer and multi-instrumentalist, teacher and conductor. She is a passionate advocate of learning music at any age and committed to sharing the benefits of her lifelong immersion in, and love of, musical performance.
Participants must be aged 18+.
We aim to make all our sessions as accessible as possible and carers/PAs are very welcome – just remember to book their free place when you book your session.
