Tango Solo

Description
Course Description:
Everybody knows it takes two to tango! However, this (in)famous dance form with its unique embrace has much to teach us about our own bodies: posture and balance, the articulation of energy, and the expression of elements of the music.
Using the beautiful music of tango and movements inspired by tango technique, Tango Solo offers a gentle and enjoyable way to improve posture and balance, maintain flexibility and co-ordination, and increase energy and vitality. Whether you are a leader or a follower, or don't dance at all, the techniques used in tango develop physical intelligence and lift the spirits while helping to keep muscles toned and joints supple.
These sessions are for solo practice only, so perfect for those who want to learn about the art first before enjoying it with others. For each class please wear loose comfortable clothing and either thin-soled dance flats or socks, so you can be comfortable to explore all areas of your body. This is a course you don’t want to miss out on so book today before time runs out and enjoy dancing the night away.
