Our Windows Get a Colourful Makeover

Next time you visit our centre you may see something new on our front windows: ‘Attenborough Arts Centre, Culture & Creativity for all’.

We commissioned Nottingham based artist Lorna Dunn of ‘Lesser Than Three’ to create a new window feature using her incredible skill in sign-writing. Over the past two weeks, Lorna has been working hard on our windows to create this amazing piece of work across seven window panels that face onto our café.

Lorna has been working as a sign writer for many years now as she discovered her skill for the trade when creating blackboard menus for local pubs. Now her work can be seen across the East Midlands in businesses such as The Bloom Project, The Owl & Pussycat Body Piercing, The Exchange Bar, and Leicester’s own Lush branch.

We would like to thank Lorna for her fantastic work to create an engaging and fun new look for our centre. Learn more about Lorna’s work on her website by clicking here.
