Our Attenborough Café is the perfect place to relax and socialise with quality food and drink.

Located next to our foyer and open 7 days a week, the space offers a great meeting point to further explore the centre whether you are here for a performance, our art galleries or a creative course.

You can start your morning right with an exclusive selection of freshly prepared breakfast options that pair perfectly with a warm drink and a relaxed atmosphere. Key new offerings include freshly cooked plated breakfasts, American-style pancakes, smashed avocado and poached egg, smoked salmon and the best thing is that they are served all day, right through to lunch and beyond.

Alternatively at lunchtime, indulge in tasty toasted sandwiches with gluten free options available and freshly made baguettes and bruschetta. Every toasted sandwich or fresh baguette is served with crisps and a fresh side salad, making it a satisfying and wholesome choice. The ever-popular jacket potatoes with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian fillings are still on the menu, as well as the soup of the day, all made with high-quality ingredients.

For those with a sweet tooth, you’ll find an enticing range of homemade cakes baked in the kitchen – such as gooey chocolate brownies or lemon drizzle, plus pastries, crisps and confectionery to round off your visit.

The café offers access to free internet access for all visitors, that can also be accessed throughout the whole centre. You can access this through ‘The Cloud’ offered through Sky Wi-Fi. Once registered you will have access to the network across the centre and University of Leicester campus.
