Geometric Collagraphs

This event will be bookable on Monday 3 August 2026.
Create a series of on-trend geometric prints using the technique of relief collagraphy.
Explore composition, scale and the relationships between shapes and space to create your own collagraph plate. Gain an understanding of inking up your plate and experiment with colours, repeat pattern and the printing process.
You’ll gain an understanding of relief collagraphs, learn how to construct your own plate and how to ink the plate and take a print, exploring a variety of compositions, considering positive and negative space, balance and contrast.
